Matrimony.com - Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Photography Services

- Responsible for direct oversight and management to coordinators and telecallers across regions and ensures 100 % lead conversion.

- Responsible to expand into new markets and new locations, improve individual and team productivity, generate new potential clients and renewal of existing clients and manage overall P&L accounts.

- Manage the team of regional telesales & ensure 100% lead conversions are made.

- Responsible for recruiting talent as full time or free lancers, and ensure optimum leads are fed to their bucket.

- Work Closely with the Regional Managers, Customer Service Managers in regions to generate leads for conversion

- Also concentrating on outbound wedding business sourcing through tie ups with wedding halls,

- Fluent in Malayalam.
