Materials & Purchase Role - Hospitality Industry

- Experience in Materials & Purchase of direct or indirect materials.

- Identifies & develop new vendors to enhance product quality and reduce cost.

- Proposes major cost saving opportunities by staying informed about trends and best practices in materials management (logistics,inventory control and purchasing and import substitution).

- Develop and execute procurement strategies and sourcing initiatives in alignment with applicable market sector and overall procurement strategies

- Continuously improve the category's process, systems, efficiency, and cost savings

- Executes strategic sourcing process including the development of scope, category strategy, supply market analysis, cost modelling , commercial negotiation, and contract execution

- Oversee supplier selection activities. Drive supply base optimization
