Started in 2022 by Manish (ex-BCG) and Sarthak (IITB Alum), who both worked extensively in the construction space globally. Funded by prominent Global VCs including Accel, Whiteboard, and Y-Combinator among others, they seek to expand their team and are hiring across roles. Material Depot revolutionizes the construction industry by providing a one-stop platform for all your decorative interior materials. We offer an extensive range of high-quality products, from floorings to wall decor, sourced from trusted manufacturers globally. With a user-friendly interface, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery services, Material Depot ensures a seamless purchasing experience.


What you will do:


- Preliminary product research, keyword research and implementing them organically and inorganically.


- Analyzing revenue, campaign performance, ACoS, daily ad spends, etc.


- Plan, create and manage Facebook and Google sponsored ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Stores, Video ads etc).


- Campaigns on Facebook and Google Seller Central by formulating strategies and road map for successful delivery of PPC campaigns.


- Provide strategic insights on the campaign performance. Staying on top of current search trends, competition and pay-per-click best practices.


- Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights into further sales and marketing opportunities.


- Oversee all aspects of performance marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and advertising on platforms like Google and Facebook.


- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy for the marketplace, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.


- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior leadership on marketing performance, insights, and proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on e-commerce or online marketplaces.


- Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging to ensure alignment with overall business goals.


- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.


- Leverage data analytics and market insights to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualification:


- Strong background in performance marketing, including experience running ads on various platforms such as Facebook, google and other such related platforms.


- Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms).
