MatchMove - Finance & Operation Analyst

We are looking for experienced Finance and Operation Analyst to join us as we accelerate our global expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform reconciliation of various reports and to accurately apply payments in a timely manner

- Oversee, hands-on and manage end-to-end operations on settlements including daily chaser, validation, monitoring, communicating and follow-up with partners

- Regular correspondences, follow-up and liaising with functional teams internally

- Assist in payment preparation and follow up with partners, banking and financial institutions when necessary.

- Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.

- Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.

- Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.

- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.

- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.

- Knowledge of TDS & GST.

- Maintain reliability of records and tools with high standard of accuracy

- Make recommendations to improve operational processes and procedures

- Support in any other assigned tasks as and when necessary

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or its equivalent

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity

- High proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
