Job Description: The Lead HR role is to provide strategic direction to the organisation from an HR perspective. The role will overall have a key focus on employee engagement, employer branding, performance management system, payroll and compensation, manage performance, and overall help in scaling up the organisation and controlling attrition. Roles & Responsibilities: - Help us design the organisation of the future, managing talent, design variable-centred compensation, institute required automation in HR processes and coach and empower the leadership team. - Shaping how every individual in our team experiences life at the organisation. Key role in every step of their journey including on-boarding, performance management, engagement and retention. - Build, amplify and make culture a key value proposition for talent management and retention. - Create delightful onboarding experiences for everyone who joins our team. You will help them thrive at the organisation, right from day one! - Integrate best practices to help enhance the performance management system. - Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys, analyse results to coach managers and Headers in action planning exercises. - Disseminate HR insights, manage all internal communication and plan engagement activities that can help teams and individuals work better. - Develop world-class training and development programs for all the staff. - Work with the Headers to develop policies and procedures that are people-friendly and are designed to help the organisation scale. - Build relationships with the Board, the Senior Headers across the organisation and partner with the CEO to effectively deliver various HR programs to the business. - Play a key role in succession planning and development of the next generation of Headers, managers and individual contributors. Requirement: 1. An MBA/PGDM full time degree holder with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations. 2. Passionate about building great teams and have 8-10+ years of experience of building a world-class team for a growing organisation. 3. Building a strong culture that keeps people at the centre of everything. 4. Possess outstanding communication skills, high EQ and strong interpersonal skills. 5. Handle pressure and stressful situations, but also understand and can find way around to find effective solutions. 6. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change. Structured and analytical approach to solving problems.
