About the role:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals, focusing on both B2B and B2C audiences in the education sector.
Brand Development:
- Oversee the brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to ensure a cohesive and impactful presence in the EdTech market.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns, to enhance online visibility and engagement.
Market Research:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning leverage insights to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Management:
- Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, measuring effectiveness through KPIs.
Team Leadership:
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging and promotional strategies.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
What we expect:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the EdTech or education sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities excellent written and verbal communication skills proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Deep understanding of the EdTech landscape, customer personas, and effective marketing strategies to engage diverse educational audiences.
