Overview

- The Enterprise Security Solutions team is responsible for delivering cutting edge security solutions that protect our brand and ensure MasterCard is the safest and most secure way to pay.

- We focus on delivering digital solutions across multiple channels focusing on the area of fraud and disputes

- This position is responsible for managing and providing project leadership within our Fraud Intelligence area. Specifically, this person will provide exceptional Project Management and strategic leadership to all projects as assigned.

Role

Drive flawless Project Execution, Project Communication and Reporting

- Manage project, Schedule and Risk

- Ensure SAFe agile practices are in compliance

- Manage cross-functional teams that have dependencies on the development team (driving schedule and maintaining the status for example areas such as infrastructure teams or data warehousing teams)

- Facilitate Executive communication, Program governance, planning and control

- Provide Mentoring & Coaching

- Conduct Post-Project Reviews

- Manage Vendors & Partners

- Drive Project Team Assessment, Project Health Assessment

- Ensure Monitoring and Reporting of KPIs

All About You: 

- PMP certification and/or Scrum Master Certification preferred.

- Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) is preferred

- Experience with cross-functional teams (other than development team)

- Listening, oral, written and presentation skills and effective interpersonal skills.

- Organizational and planning and multi-tasking skills.

- Demonstrate ethics and values to generate high team trust.
