Job Title : 

Manager, Business Development

Overview : 

- This role is part of Business Development & Account Management team for South Asia and supports the team to deliver against business targets for MasterCard from new business and existing customers.

Responsibility : 

- Developing, implementing and tracking key initiatives furthering the Divisions- business priorities and sales initiatives

- Builds Sales GTM plans for new and existing products and solutions.

- Partners with the sales teams, internal partners and key stakeholders to provide support to sales in the Division on identified initiatives

- Assisting the team to develop Account plans/Country Plans/Segment plans and tracking performance

- Influences Customer account strategies using analytical problem solving and leveraging data tools to provide market data and targeting recommendations

- Provides insight in the analysis of customer's business through profitability modeling and competitive analysis

- Participates in business conversations with customers, key decision makers internally and externally

- Develops and maintains strong working relationships, working closely with cross-functional partners within the regions

- Additionally, may be assigned to directly manage particular projects or sub-projects from ideation to execution.

About You : 

- Business development experience in Payments/BFSI sector in Sales and/or Product Management roles, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Proven track record of results, revenue and share growth

- Structured thinking skills

- Superior communication and presentation skills

- Leadership skills to engage and influence cross-functional team members
