Role

The Associate Analyst will be part of the global team who will actively contribute to delivering consulting projects for MasterCard Advisors clients.

Project Management & Delivery:

- Contributes towards the delivery of solutions, development of strategies and programs for large, strategically important global clients from a central delivery hub in India

- Works with established project methodologies to ensure consistent, high quality deliverables

- Independently identifies issues in defined area of analysis, structures analysis with oversight and synthesizes own analysis and identifies relevant implications

- Supports development of recommendations, prepares and delivers presentations, working with defined templates and deliverables

- Leverages understanding of immediate clients- needs and agenda to provide creative input into project

Configurable Solution Development & Knowledge Management

- Supports intellectual capital development from client work to create reusable knowledge assets; incorporate insights from related intellectual capital/project initiatives and enhance the solutions

All About You

We are looking for dynamic, self-starter and highly motivated individuals who would like to work in an intellectually & professionally challenging environment and can contribute to building up a new practice.

- Excellent academic record during undergraduate degree required. Graduates from Tier-1 engineering colleges/ undergrad business colleges preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in strategy consulting or financial services industry (Associate/ Analyst or equivalent at leading Tier-1 consulting or boutique consulting firms)

- Strong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills, including the ability to interpret large amounts of data, some of it ambiguous, and translate it into concise rational output and recommendations

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills (both verbal & written)

- Proven team player with ability to work effectively with people at all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment
