Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Service Delivery in Master Data Management space.
- Project management of data cleansing, enriching & migration related activities
- Ensuring SLAs/KPIs are agreed with client and adhered
- Strong leadership and motivational skills and experience in managing team of min 40 to 50, including providing career plan & constructive feedbacks
- Responsible for delivery excellence in the process.
- Responsible as Escalation Point for key service outcomes and issue resolution.
- Work to build a strong and credible relationship with the client through working collaboratively with them to understand their issues.
- Self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems, leveraging resources and cross organizational coordination and collaboration
- Carry out regular 1:1 discussions and staff meetings with direct reports focused on day to day operations, future vision, project activity and employee and organizational development
- Handle all aspects of the performance review process in cooperation with management team
- Flexible about work content and timings.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English and Listening skills
- Exposure to Supply chain Master Data Management activities - Customer, Vendor and Material masters
- Project management
- Data cleansing & migration
- Strong Leadership and motivational skills and experience in managing staff
- Good analytical skills, Strong interpersonal and people management skills.

- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and customer service skills
- A proven ability to lead a team and the capacity to coach and motivate, showing own initiative in problem analysis and their solution
