Master Coach role is a Learning & Development team member with the Quality team aligned as a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) coach to verticals. He is uniquely positioned to facilitate and enhance learning, application & embedment of LSS DNA and culture for accelerating transformation and change within the organization linked to business results.

The Coach will partner with the Vertical Process Excellence Group lead to identify and address key challenges & gaps on knowledge & application of LSS to enable - service delivery excellence-

Work closely on the following initiatives:

- Design and Execute for effective Integration & Learning of new hires in the function

- Design a new hire Integration path & lead governance for enabling new hires to become independently productive in 120 days

- Design the learning path & content for BB+ workshops and facilitate the BB & MBB learning workshops

- Design and execute on new capability - build- programs

- Lead learning & development roadmaps for BB, MBB and QLs

- Constantly refresh existing LSS content & explore - new- tools / methods

- Explore tie-ups with external partners for LDT team development on Technical, Functional and Consulting Skills

- Lead Technical LSS Coaching for effective application for driving business results

- Partner with PEG Leads on designing Initiatives for embedding Process Excellence DNA (Xcelerate/QA Build etc.)

- Lead Technical Coaching & Knowledge Refreshers for effective application of LSS in BB+ projects

- Enable creation of knowledge assets from projects & setup best practice sharing forums for embedding LSS application

- Setup and execute the BB+Certification process

- Design LSS Certification Criteria for the company and LDT teams

- Design and Execute BB+ Project approval Panels & Project evaluation Criteria process

- Review projects as Panelist for BB+ Projects for ensuring effective application of learning

- Sharing panel Insights for improving first time right & effective application of LSS

- Institutionalize a learning framework to build a pool of Quality Trainers:

- Develop & implement the trainer certification roadmap

- Create a pool of trainers across all LSS tools

- Facilitate Trainer upskilling and coach new trainers on technical skills

- Measure Trainer effectiveness
