Job Title : Assistant Vice President - Program Management
Department : Central Management
Direct Supervisor : Managing Director
Job Purpose :
- Manage Programs/ Projects in the MDs office of Mashreq Bangalore, spanning across all Centres of Excellence in Mashreq group.
- Responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and take all projects to successful completion following appropriate project management tools and processes.
Key Result Areas :
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analysing program risks.
- Run multiple work streams independently with minimum supervision from the MD
- Manage the entire timeline and steps of the projects
- Provide input to the stakeholders in the various steps.
- Influence various stakeholders
- Take lead role in managing relationships with front line managers, front line staff or team leaders as well as Senior Stakeholders.

- These projects are likely to be complex spanning across multiple geographies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Decision Making Authority & Responsibility :
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders and taking decisions
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
- MBA Degree
- Overall work experience of at least 15 years.
- Minimum experience of at least 5 years in managing complex projects involving appropriately stakeholder management, change management etc.
- Experience of working within project environment with a proven ability to work on own initiative to deliver optimum business solutions.
- Proven experience delivering projects across borders/multiple geographies
- Process modeling through the use of analytical tools and structured analytical techniques.
- Understanding of Project Management Frameworks, documentation standards, Project Lifecycle planning etc.
- Proficient use of project tools e.g. MS Project,Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook.
- Rigorous and clear in descriptions.
- Can independently structure, analyse and synthesise findings with minimum coaching.
- Pragmatic and action oriented.
- Aware of the human challenges in every improvement project.
