The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategy for the company
- Lead a national sales team to effectively and efficiently deliver sales target
- Constantly and consistently increase the width of coverage - outlets and geography
- Establish professional relationship with all stake holders- MT, KEY OUTLETS ETC.
- Ability to handle all issues quickly and professionally
- Clear understanding of market trends/competition
- A thorough analytical capability
- Manage commercial budgets and targets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly business forecast
- Train and develop high proficient sales team
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent from a well reputed Institute
- 10+ years' of relevant experience out of which at least 5 yrs as Management & 2 yrs Regional or National (strictly FMCG)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Knowledge of English, Hindi and 2 other regional languages
