Qualification: CA/CS/ MBA(Finance) location: Ahmedabad - Creates Presentations, Press Release and other communication materials for earnings representations to analysts, Broker and investors. - Setting up an annual calendar of events to meet with the shareholders of the company, potential investors and regular meetings with analysts. - Production of financially oriented documents, including quarterly earnings releases involving preparation of documents like press release, investor presentation, Q&A documents, and other earnings related communication materials. - Development of external messaging relating to company strategy and communication of the company's operating and financial performance by maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders - Build investor targeting program to find potential new investors while supporting the current investors - Manage and maintain the investor relations calendar, including planning non- deal road shows, investor conference participation, hosting in-office meetings and daily phone calls with investors and analysts. - Maintaining broker contacts. - Analyzing market and company data. - Meeting with investors.
