Marvel Decor - Sales Manager - International Market

1. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the International market.

2. Research to identify new markets and customer need

3. Engage with and service the CPs to enhance partnership between them and the company. Leverage this partnership to drive growth for sales team

4. Ensure to give proper training and motivation to team for consistent performance of team and issues if any, are resolved satisfactorily within the stipulated timeline

5. Achieve the revenue target month on month for team and each individual team member

6. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
