- The Product Planning Lead is responsible for complete market analysis & competition benchmarking to plan, develop & launch new products. He will capture customer voice & develop the technical specifications of the product to enter into a new segment. He will introduce value added items & fully responsible for higher price realization. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting market analysis, and ensuring that product strategies align with overall business objectives. The Product Planning Lead ensures that products meet market needs, are delivered on time, and achieve business goals.

- Product Strategy Development : - Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with the company's business objectives and market opportunities.

- New Product Development : - Create and maintain the new product development roadmap, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Identify the new segments, competition benchmarking, complete feasibility analysis including profitability of the product

- Market and Competitive Analysis : - Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products to inform product planning and decision-making.

- Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.

- Product Lifecycle Management : - Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept through launch and post-launch performance.

- Pricing : - Evaluate NSR district wise & area wise & compare with competition.

- Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy : - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, including positioning, messaging, and distribution plans.
