- Develop strategies for acquiring new customers, including online advertising, email marketing, and SEO.

- Implement initiatives to retain existing customers, such as loyalty programs and personalized marketing.

- Manage and lead a team of e-commerce professionals, including sales, marketing, and customer service staff.

- Budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability.

- Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers, addressing any issues promptly.

- Analyze e-commerce data to make informed decisions and improve business performance.

- Explore opportunities for expanding the e-commerce business into new markets or regions.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and business development initiatives.
