Responsibilities:
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Maintain strong understanding of the interconnectedness of the MarTech stack, specifically for the purposes of data collection and delivering personalized web experiences
- Understand proper audience management and prioritizing experiences with segment population cross-over
- Assess the website content structure and marketing priorities to assist with evolving web experiences that are intuitive to business objectives
- Build infrastructure to deliver personalized web experiences with agility, allowing for ease of optimization
- Ability to implement digital marketing, analytics, and other tags/pixels through Tag Management Systems (TMS) utilizing Javascript to support advanced tagging solutions or proxying scripting for cross-website application
- Help to define and build governance and process models to streamline at scale delivery within owned platforms
Requirements: Demonstrates intimate level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success in a Marketing Technology role, including but not limited to:
- Rich background in managing activated/ingested audiences and building activities in Adobe Target to effect personalized web experiences; knowledge for building automated personalization, experience targeting, A/B and multivariate testing activities which can be repurposes for streamlined delivery
- Experience implementing code, CSS and functional knowledge to serve experiences within personalization tools such as Adobe Target;
- Understanding of the use of experience/content fragments in AEM and recommendation engine in Target to deliver personalized web experiences, knowledge of A4T and effective personalization measurement
- Strong experience implementing analytics on websites and applications leveraging tag management systems such as Adobe Launch (Data Collection)
- Proven background implementing analytics code on native mobile applications to collect data for analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing data within a data layer;
- Experience using proxy tools such as Adobe Debugger and Chrome developer tools.
- Strong understanding of publishing workflows within Adobe Data Collection, experience managing and deploying packages
Background with configuring rules, data elements, extensions, event forwarding and data streams in Adobe Data Collection
- Familiarity with configuring WebSDK
