Role Description:

- This is a full-time hybrid Operations Manager role at Marsh McLennan, located in Noida but with the possibility of some remote work.

- The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring efficiency and productivity within the organization.
