Marketing Campaigns:.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Experience in planning, optimizing, and executing LinkedIn campaigns is required.
- Must excel at generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through effective targeting, strategic content, and thorough performance analysis.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.
Events and Webinars:.
- Manage end-to-end execution of events, trade shows, and webinars, including planning, logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless experiences and measurable ROI.
Market Research:.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies to inform marketing campaigns and business decisions.
MarTech Management:.
- Maintain and optimize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and performance tracking.
- Ensure proper integration of tools and data flow across marketing and sales systems.
- Manage and enrich the marketing database to ensure accurate targeting and segmentation.
- Leverage tools like ZoomInfo for account intelligence and lead generation activities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report ROI to stakeholders through MarTech tools.
- Present findings and recommendations to drive strategic marketing initiatives.
- Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing campaigns, events, and demand generation, preferably in B2B environments.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot and database platforms like ZoomInfo.
