Markovate - Senior Business Analyst

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business analysis and a proven track record of working with international clients.

- In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding client requirements, defining project scope, and translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with international clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.

- Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and translate them into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure the project meets client expectations.

- Develop and prioritize user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions to ensure all business needs are captured and validated.

- Identify areas for business process improvement and optimization by analyzing current workflows and suggesting innovative solutions.

- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

- Provide continuous support and advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a client-facing role.

- Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies, techniques, and best practices.

- Proven experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and other project documentation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve business challenges.

- Experience working in agile and waterfall project management environments.

- Familiarity with international business environments and experience working with global clients.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working on large-scale digital transformation projects or software implementations.

- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar project management and documentation tools.

- Understanding of industry-specific business processes or technology solutions
