- The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for all open positions, from entry-level to executive roles.
- This includes developing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- The Recruitment Manager will also work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure we attract top talent in a timely and cost-effective manner.
What will you do:
- Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets, ensuring quality and timely recruitment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and senior management to understand their hiring needs and develop specific talent acquisition strategies.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Interviewing & Selection: Oversee the candidate screening and interview process, ensuring a rigorous and consistent approach to candidate evaluation.
- Recruitment Technology: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process and ensure accurate candidate records.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a recruitment team, and effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with current labor laws and hiring regulations
