HR Manager
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and managing employee feedback.
- Training and Development: Assess training needs and design learning and development initiatives to upskill employees and support career growth.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Labour Laws & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labour laws and regulations.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design, evaluate, and modify compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitive pay and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational goals.
- Ensure that employees and management are fully aware of HR policies and that they are consistently enforced.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, including employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and surveys.
- Build a positive and inclusive workplace environment that fosters engagement and productivity.
- Developing Organizational Culture: Foster a company culture that aligns with the organization's values, promotes collaboration, and encourages a positive work environment.
- Health and Safety: Develop and promote health and safety programs to maintain a safe working environment.
- Change Management: Ensure that changes in processes, structures, or culture are communicated effectively across the organization.
- Company Events Management: Plan, organize, and manage company events, including employee engagement activities, celebrations, and corporate gatherings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-7 years of HR experience with expertise in employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions and processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Experience with HRMS system.
