Must-Have Qualifications:
- Masters degree in HR or related field.
- 5-8 years of HR experience, excelling in payroll, negotiations, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Expertise in Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven success in managing diverse HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS systems.
Your Key Responsibilities:

- Compliance & Labour Laws: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and maintain organizational integrity.
- Training & Development: Upskill employees with impactful learning programs tailored to their career aspirations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
- HR Operations: Oversee payroll, employee relations, and workforce planning to streamline efficiency.
