Job Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to manage multiple projects and drive account growth within the telecom sector.

- The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight, hands-on project execution, and strong account management expertise.

- This role demands a solid understanding of the telecom industry, marketing functions (including Account-Based Marketing), and creative content development.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for all client interactions.

- Understand client objectives and deliver customized solutions to meet their goals.

- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and develop strategic plans for business expansion.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and quality delivery of client requirements.

Project Management:

- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, primarily graphic designers, to guarantee smooth project execution.

- Monitor progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure quality outcomes.

Content & Creative Development:

- Lead the development of engaging videos, presentations, and content to support client initiatives.

- Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies tailored for telecom clients.

- Ensure all deliverables align with client branding and strategic objectives.

Strategic Contributions:

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities to provide actionable recommendations.

- Propose innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

- Regularly evaluate account performance and present insights and recommendations to management.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience: 4-7 years in marketing roles, specifically within the telecom industry and marketing verticals.

Skills:.

- Expertise in creating videos, presentations, and executing ABM strategies.

- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.

- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

- Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from Tier 1/2 College.
