Description :


- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Product to lead our product management team and drive the strategic direction of our product portfolio.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in product leadership roles, with a deep understanding of product development processes, market dynamics, and customer needs.


- As VP of Product, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

- Lead the product management team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.

- Develop and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap, in alignment with the company's vision, goals, and market opportunities.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.

- Define and prioritize product requirements based on market insights, customer feedback, and business goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

- Drive the product development process from concept to launch, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of our products and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve product features and performance.

- Manage the product lifecycle, including product updates, enhancements, and end-of-life decisions, and ensure that our products continue to evolve to meet changing market needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, executives, and investors, and represent the voice of the customer in strategic decision-making processes.

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, and incorporate new ideas and methodologies into our product development process as appropriate.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the product management team, and promote continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements :


- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of success in leading product teams and delivering impactful products to market.

- Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and roadmap planning.

- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean principles, and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed organization.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Experience working in a technology or software company is preferred.

- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies is a plus.

- Experience in industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, or digital media is desirable.
