As a Senior Market Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations based on thorough market analysis. Your expertise in quantitative research methods, combined with your understanding of IT and emerging technologies, will be instrumental in shaping our business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive research on consumers, competitors, and market trends.

- Utilize various methods, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis tools, to collect relevant data.

- Interpret findings to identify market opportunities, trends, and potential risks.

- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Consulting and Strategic Guidance:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their business objectives.

- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects.

- Analyze data to assess strategies, evaluate competition, and enhance competitiveness.

- Assist in developing research plans aligned with business goals.

Primary Research and Forecasting:

- Conduct primary research to understand customer preferences, market dynamics, and industry trends.

- Estimate market sizes, growth rates, and demand patterns.

- Develop accurate forecasts to guide business planning.

Market Sizing and Estimation:

- Use modern and traditional statistical methods to compile and analyze data.

- Consolidate information into actionable reports and presentations.

- Design surveys to discover prospective customers' preferences.

- Apply this knowledge to enhance our market intelligence initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in market research, preferably in Chemicals and Materials/Energy & Power industry.

Skills:

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical packages.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to independently analyze qualitative data.

- Familiarity with market sizing, estimation, and forecasting techniques.
