GOALS :
- Work with leadership to implement strategic plan to managing and growing the company's revenue and market share
- Build, coach and lead a team of 150+ salespeople
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales rigor across the team
- Bring operational and fiscal efficiencies
- Drive and achieve the goal of selling over 100 Knowledge Store (Our research product) subscriptions per month
- Work closely with the onsite Client Partners to build long-term sustainable relationships with our client base
- Responsible to be part of the team leading sales to Billion Dollar.
RESPONSIBILTIES :
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving company's sales goals
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
- Define optimal sales force structure
- Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
SKILLS :
- Strong ability to coach sales reps to higher performance
- Excels at selling tangible/intangible solutions into the B2B market
- Skilled at planning (strategic sales plan) and managing company's revenue forecast
- Skilled at building rapport and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers
