Job Description :

- Forecasting and reviewing the monthly/annual sales targets & drive sales through initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the front line sales team to achieve them.

- Associating & developing the channel partners and ensuring maximum visibility/coverage in the market. Volume management and delivery model development.

- Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional strategies such as Campaigns, Promotion & Demonstration Programs as a part of brand building and market development effort.

- Handling new product launches to widen the product portfolio and generate exceptional sales volumes. Market Intelligence & analysis, mapping of new market segments and developing them for attainment of periodical targets.

- Development of domestic as well as international market by associating people from various places.
