- Arranging and leading meetings with Associations, Ministerial Officials to gain endorsement and win PCO (Professional Conference Organizer) Events

- Convincing Associations and Key Ministries towards awarding us their PCO events

- Finding and creating the market gap towards launching new conferences as well gaining support of key stake holders through face-to-face meetings

- Responsible for developing and maintaining profitable conferences within quality, productivity, revenue and cost targets

- Undertake comprehensive telephone and internet based market research in order to increase understanding and produce cutting edge events

- Lead source a contact list of potential experts appropriate for the conference program

- Invite and confirm the required level and mix of presenters to produce and deliver an attractive conference to both delegates and sponsors

- Writing of coherent, commercially driven conference agenda and content for event website

- Assist the operation’s department with conference planning and conference management when required to do
so

- Responsible for developing and presenting the marketing, delegate and sponsorship sales briefs and supporting the departments through the campaign

- The ideal candidate will already have at least four years previous experience of producing overseas conferences have excellent research and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects within strict timelines.

- Management skills would also be an asset as you will be expected to develop your own production team over a period of time.
