Job Description :
- Developing and executing a plan to meet short and long term sales and profitability targets.
- Identifying and capturing strategic opportunities to drive sales and market share.
- Managing employee retention and staffing the sales, research, and project teams at appropriate levels.
- Ensuring research quality and achieving high customer satisfaction levels, drive customer satisfaction survey.
- P&L accountability of Sales team across Business units, rigorous approach and weekly review.
- Target driven and Result oriented lead. Responsible for maximizing the potential sales volume of all segments of the market.
- Ensure services are in compliance with professional and company policy standards.
- Plan, direct, and set the strategic direction of the sales program to maximize profit.
- Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop new opportunities.
- Revenue Target of 20 million for Team and 5 million for Self and focus towards 100% YOY growth.
- Achieve average revenue per report (ARR) of $25,000 in a year.
- Conducting regular training on sales process and CRM
- Prioritizing and building closure strategy for pre-generated leads.
- Providing insights to management to improve process, increase sales traction and expanding customer base in new geographies.
Desired Profile :
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in market research and consulting in Energy & Power Domain
- Require people with excellent thought process, Number crunching, Go-getting attitude, and Business acumen to See Dollars and Show Dollars.
- The job profile involves practicing market research and advisory service for CXOs of billion dollar companies globally.
- This profile demands strong business acumen and go-getting attitude to quickly understand the market dynamics, use both applied and lateral thinking.

Requirements :
- 14+ years in International sales capacity.
- Should have handled Consulting assignment.
- Excellent on number and Target driven.
- Should be able to operate multiple locations.
- 5 or more years managing the P&L of a group, division or business in the defined industry
- Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Outstanding morale and team-building skills
- Extensive client development experience with a large industry Rolodex
- Proven business and negotiation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel.
