Duties and Responsibilities :
- The portfolio would include growing the current domain revenue and up scaling it by 20% month on month. They would be responsible for all the following listed sales operation and staffing responsibilities of their domain
- Daily reporting of sales numbers
- Handle the lead flow, assignment and ensuring closures of critical leads.
- Maintain daily matrices for YTT leads. Generate and present analytics on weekly basis.
- Balancing lead distribution based on conversion
- Create and manage revenue channels for upsell, subscriptions and consults.
- Maintain a separate portfolio/team which would be dedicatedly working on consult, subscription leads sales as well pre sales activities
- Maintain a hygiene check list for inbound lead inflow, resource and leads through consult. This would include the sales register or post sales process
- Daily reporting of total call logs, talk time and recording of - best and poor call of the day.
- Submitting the sales supporting of sales declared to the accounts team at the end of the month or on real time basis.
- Would be responsible for incentive calculation and disbursement process
- Conducting sales training and calibration session on regular basis.
Desired Skills :
- Minimum 14+ years of experience in international sales and consulting with multiple vertical focus.
- Require people with excellent thought process, Number crunching, Go-getting attitude, and Business acumen to See Dollars and Show Dollars.
