Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to deliver business goals against revenue, unit, margin and customer satisfaction targets by developing end-to-end sales and marketing plans that align to launches and local seasonal beats.
- You should be able to plan and create promotional offers and campaigns for social media platforms. Besides, you should assist in budgeting, inspecting standardized metrics, and reviewing checkout pages of our eCommerce sites.
- Collaborating with web designers as well as graphic designers for all marketing assets
- You will coordinate plans with marketplaces, and Store teams including.
- You will influence the adoption and expansion of the Marketplace.
- You will develop and execute a customized go-to-market plan through strong partnerships with the marketplace teams, to create the best customer experience.
- Continuously improve customer and seller experience by driving projects that improve Private Brands selection for customers and optimize the Selling Partner experience
- Drive and position as the top brand/seller in the category.
- You are able to improve search, reviews and ratings of the existing and new products.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and recognize that the requirement in an environment with constantly evolving consumer needs and sentiments will be to constantly think on your feet with ever-changing and impactful solutions.
- Own and manage the Marketplace Brands P&L, financial planning processes and business reviews
