Marketplace Lead
Responsibilities:
- Own the P&L and lead growth for marketplaces
- Lead the marketplace team across KAMs, growth, ads and operations
- Develop and execute growth strategies specific to each marketplace to drive traffic, sales and AOV - including ad campaigns, promotions, special offers, and organic growth hacks
- Optimize assortment, pricing, content and quality of listings for maximum organic visibility and conversion
- Monitor marketplace performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Regularly analyze sales data, customer feedback, competitor data and market trends to make data-driven decisions and recommendations
- Hold relationships with key counterparts at marketplaces
- Work with the operations team on demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained at all times
Qualifications :
- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on online marketplaces like Amazon and Nykaa
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and analytics
- Ability to analyse sales data and trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in e-commerce marketing and growth strategies
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution
- Familiarity with FMCG category (preferred)
