Marketplace Lead - Enterprise Sales - IT

We are hiring for the position of Marketplace Lead with onw of the leading organization

If you are great at:

- Atlassian Marketplace marketing

- Product promotion using social, paid and organic channels delivering increased demand flow

- Competitive analysis and guiding product teams to create / prioritize the differentiating features

- Developing all forms of compelling content

- Selling in a highly competitive marketplace environment

- Defining the sales strategy to complement the marketing strategy for Atlassian Marketplace

- Managing the end-to-end sales cycles including pipeline management, prospect engagement, negotiation and reporting

- Leading a cross-functional sales-marketing team

- Working in collaboration with different time zones

What it takes :

- Degree or equivalent in marketing, information systems, business and engineering

- 3+ years of Atlassian Marketplace experience

- 3+ years of Enterprise Sales experience

- 5+ years Marketing in software development, testing, application development, agile or DevOps toolsets

- A great ambassador and coalition-builder across technical and non-technical teams (e.g. Product Management, Engineering, Partnerships, Sales, Post-Sales)
