Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage our marketplaces, growth, supply chain, and finance. The core requirement is a proven track record of successfully growing a D2C brand on marketplaces. Experience in supply chain or finance is not mandatory but the candidate should be able to pick it up gradually. This role requires someone who can lead all verticals and drive our growth strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the growth, supply chain, and finance teams.

- Develop and execute strategies to scale D2C brands on marketplaces.

- Monitor and optimize marketplace performance to achieve growth targets.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Manage supply chain operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business growth.

- Ensure alignment of all verticals with the company's strategic goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in successfully growing a D2C brand on marketplaces (non-negotiable).

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
