Marketplace & Business Strategy (Expansion)
Overview :
- The role is a great mix of business and category management, with a strong focus on building a strong Marketplace supply base. Strategy of supply pan-India, margin health, revenue and customer experience are the major touchpoints of this role.
- The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, and strong on-ground experience of building businesses.
Responsibilities :- Identifying the right supply strategy and execution for the Marketplace business (existing fitness centers) with a team, pan India.
- Ensuring success of onboarded partners, viz. (revenue, engagement and onboarding and retention on the platform) working with cross functional teams.
- Ensuring continuous margin improvements for the business while delivering top notch in-center customer experience.
- He/she must be an effective leader and communicator working with our most important partners, as well as with internal colleagues and groups.
- He/she will have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills.
Experience preference :
- An understanding of Marketplace businesses
- Work experience is preferred (2-4)
- Experience in Business, category management.
- Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
Preferred qualifications :
- Master's degree, Tier 1 MBA
- Experience in Consumer-facing sectors such as eCommerce, Tech companies preferred
