Objective :
- To create a delightful shopping experience through execution of eye-catching VM across all SM stores.
- Ensuring all VM and Marketing execution at the best price which is negotiated centrally. Lead the planning to generate Zonal marketing incomes through specific tie ups / alliances.
Job context :
- Ensure that the artworks are relevant and consistent yet exciting
- Different zones having different vendor rates and conditions
- Limited marketing budgets to create excitement at the store
- Integration of various concepts under one umbrella branding
- Grow NOBs by generating excitement within the catchment (all india - SM Stores)
- To execute the city specific festival / activation in the catchment
- To support loss making stores activity with store specific VM and Marketing plan execution in the catchment
- To plan door to door campaigns to drive NOB and store sales
- To identify new clients for their own branding in our store to generate other marketing income
- To identify new clients and persuade them to market their own brands/service in our stores to generate other marketing income. eg jewellery shop at the store, juice counters, ATMs etc
- To supervise the deals done on an monthly basis and track the income
- To ensure Controlling VM budget of 1.2% through vendor negotiations and optimum VM Infrastructure
- Create VM infrastructure with higher durability which are long lasting, leading to better return on investment and lower costs
- Negotiate with vendors to drive down the rates of VM infrastructure and VM printing material
- Execution of VM across the country as per the plan approved
- To ensure VM infrastructure availability at stores
- To create event specific VM refresh as per the monthly refresh cycle
- To execute VM for all special initiatives at the store - NPS/ loyalty/ phone delivery etc
Candidate should have minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Activation, Understanding Catchment lead in Retail, Concept of Space on Hire etc
Salary Range: 14 - 16 LPA
