Marketing Strategy/Digital Marketing Role - Real Estate

We are having an urgent opening for the role of Marketing Strategy(Digital Marketing) for a reputed real estate company for their Navi Mumbai head office.

Requirement:

- Experience in the marketing segment (digital marketing) with equivalent/relevant experience.

- Candidates from Tier 1 colleges are preferred.

- Intermediate knowledge/experience with Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.

- Strong math/analytical and quantitative skills.

- Experience with FB Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Programmatic Buying and other allied tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc, is a plus but NOT mandatory.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM (PPC, Discovery Ads), social media (META), Email.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads.

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Someone who enjoys taking ownership learns quickly, and has a strong bias for action.

- Has the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities.

- Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary - a sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.

- Close attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through and excellent organizational skills.

- Able to track high volume activity with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
