- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns.


- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer acquisition, nurturing, and conversion tactics.


- You will be responsible for driving lead generation, increasing brand awareness, and generating measurable business outcomes through innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

- As a key player on the marketing team, you will work closely with sales and product teams to build and optimize demand generation strategies that drive high-quality leads, accelerate the sales pipeline, and support revenue growth.

Location: Fully Remote

Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within B2Bsoftware product.

- Proven experience in designing and executing demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results (leads, pipeline, revenue).

- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ad words, Lemlist, etc.) and CRM systems.

Skills & Expertise:

- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing techniques (email marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing, etc.).

- Basic understanding of software product business and SDLC processes.

- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.

- Excellent communication and copywriting skills to create compelling content and messaging.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Data & Analytical Skills:

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.

- Experience with A/B testing, lead scoring, segmentation, and marketing attribution.

Team Collaboration:

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

- Experience in working closely with Sales teams to ensure alignment on lead definitions, campaigns, and overall objectives.
