About the Role :
Are you a Marketer who always wanted to set up & scale products/brands on your own? You have a penchant for numbers, growth, and love independence?
If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you. Tata Digital Health is looking for a Marketing person (New Initiatives) to manage and grow series of new products/services for the company.
The resource is expected to make & execute marketing plans, drive growth and beat targets under tight timelines & budgets. The series of initiatives includes :
- Marketing for a chain of new model clinics
- Launch of new healthcare delivery models (at home/mobile services)
- Launch of new products for Chronic & Geriatric segments
Key Deliverables :
For each initiative :
- Consult / Transactions numbers,
- Revenues and
- CACs
Required Expertise :
- Expertise in running hyper local / BTL led marketing campaigns.
- Ability to drive footfalls and drive adoption.
- Create brand advocates and run referral campaigns.
- Good know how of the Digital Eco-system, managing geo-targeted or pan national campaigns as and when required.
- Drive cross-sell/ up-sell campaigns for better customer LTV.
- Exposure in retail marketing an added advantage.
Reporting To : Head of Marketing
Qualification : MBA from Tier 1 & 2 college
