Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/Master's degree
- Experience working in the mobile space/with app and SaaS developers, with both business and technical audiences.
- Knowledge of the developer ecosystem in India
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with experience creating thought leadership content and delivering excellent B2B events online and offline
- Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent influencing and relationship-building skills with local and geographically dispersed teams
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute on the developer marketing strategy for India, ensuring it is in line with global, regional, local and product priorities
- Manage and execute on events calendar. Produce high-quality content to support local developers, localizing global content and scaling best practices from local developers to the wider global ecosystem.
- Support initiatives that will help developers out of the region grow in India, and developers based in-region to grow globally
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on programs that will improve the performance of developers.
- Measure programs, campaigns and initiatives for effectiveness and investment return analysis.
