a. Responsible for designing and developing Marketing Strategy aligning with company Global Policy
b. Creating and defining actionable steps on Awareness, Improving Purchasing intention till repeat purchase
c. Identifying issues in brand penetration and using problem solving method for improving the situation
d. Working on offline marketing initaitives by leading and coaching field key members
e. Visiting several markets for checking actual situation, role model creating and support activities implementation
f. Defining guidelines for promotional activities in Marketing and improving it continuously
Key criteria :
a. MBA Marketing: Planning and execution of strategic goals (Marketing & Sales) and getting work from other team members
b. Capability to brainstorm and settle creatives for promotions and distributions
c. Understand both sales and purchase process
d. Internal communication and networking mindset
e. Coordinating events and meetings
