Education - Graduate in Arts (Language-basis genre), Masters/ Graduation in Design (Preferred) /PG/MBA
Experience - 5+ years of OAP experience

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
AREA KEY ACTIVITIES KEY METRICS :
1 Property Launches - Understand the storyline and characters from the programming team and brainstorm to get clarity on the communication peg
- Share ideas on the campaign idea with the OAP Head and devise the detailed concept for the property/campaign
- Get the scriptwriter to write the campaign
- Execution of promo brief based on requirements
- Assist in shoots as required
- Delivering quality output from offline and online edits, audio mixing and graphics
- Design an aesthetic packaging for the campaign
- Devise innovative/ out of the box on air promotion campaigns - Promo Reach
- Promo as per timeline
- Feedback on the concepts
- At least XX number of promos done differently
2 Sustenance - Suggesting promo ideas to programming basis the storyline and high points
- Execution of promo brief based on requirements
- Dispatch of the final output for broadcast
- Ensure that the product dispatched meets the deadline as well as maintains the look and feel of the channel by keeping track of packaging elements (Brand Guidelines). - Show TRP
- Promo as per timeline
3 Brand Campaigns - Festival Packaging: Work on special packaging and campaign ideas during festivals/events(Diwali/ New Year)
- Creating Properties: Work on executing promotion ideas for properties created for promoting the brand or for supporting Sales e.g. Hahakar
