Based out of the core Marketing team, this person will support all Regional Marketing Activations, Events and Sponsorships being undertaken.
- Act as an interface for the Regional Marketing Managers with the Head Office
- Conceive and plan PAN India activations
- Develop collaterals and communication for regional marketing activities and events
- MIS and reporting of activities conducted every month
- Activations and events Budget management
- Ensuring smooth coordination with Business/Product/Sales teams involved.
- Single point of contact for Product Marketing Managers for specific product led activations.
- Assist coordination with event management agencies / Regional Marketing teams / branches (RMs)
- Conceive, plan and execute events end to end
- Accountable for every logistical element of event, food and beverages, room set-ups, audio visuals, entertainment, etc.
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers
- Evaluate sponsorship opportunities
- Negotiate deliverables and ensure seamless delivery
- Track and report outcome from the opportunities
Skills :
Experience : 4-6 years of experience in managing events activations (mandatory)
Education : Postgraduate (Preferably with MBA in Marketing)
- Exposure to creative content would be an add on
- Commitment to a project
- Good eye for detail
- Multi tasking
- Good communication people and negotiation skills
- Good computer and internet skills
- A willingness to learn, demonstrable desire to work hard and accept new challenges, strong work ethic, effective people skills and the ability to work in a diverse team
Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
