A reputable lifestyle brand based out of Chennai is launching their e-commerce venture and seeking hungry and motivated professionals for the following leadership roles.

[ROLE #1] Marketing Manager

Qualification: MBA (Marketing) , 3 - 5 years of post MBA experience in marketing roles preferably in fashion & lifestyle industry (online / brick-n-mortar).

Required Skills:

- Excellent people skills, ability to form new relationships and alliances

- Attention to detail; High level of energy, creativity; passionate about consumer behaviour

- Ability to independently create, execute and support marketing campaigns (prior experience in this area is a must)

- Basic financial skills for preparing marketing budgets and RoI

Work Profile:

- Key contributor to annual marketing plan and budgets

- Form alliances and partnerships

- Marketing programs management (Agency coordination etc.) and execution

- Team building for future growth

[ ROLE #: 2] Product Manager

Qualification: MBA (Marketing) , 3 -5 years of post MBA experience in product management roles preferably in an e-commerce / startup setup.

Required Skills:

- Disciplined strategic thinking and ability to form collaborative partnerships;

- Obsessed with online consumer behaviour and user experience;

- Basic financial skills for product/category profitability

Work Profile:

- Ownership of the e-commerce site

- Create product/category roadmaps; product manuals, competitive analysis

- E-commerce analytics, SEO

- Supervision of processes - from product sourcing to delivery via operations
