Product Lead in Leading Telecom
Role Summary:
- New product launches
- Direct Customer Communication
- Customized promotional offers for each geography
- All round digital marketing activities for international business
- Ownership for Customer Acquisition, Retention and reactivate dormant customers
- Hands On with Search(Paid), Social, Mobile Marketing, Affiliates
Responsibilities:
- Generating Business Plans for Segmented offers
- Lead, manage Marketing Team activities
- Identifying target markets - geographies, age group and communities etc.
- New product launch and launch appropriate offers for each segment based on the current market trends.
- Ensure financial viability for promotions, Tariff Plans and post offer analysis, to achieve target Revenue & EBITDA
- Design & Analyze Key Performance Indicators: Traffic, Revenue, ARPU and Realization
- Analysis and Competition Mapping, highlight analyzing new trends of Weekly Dashboard
- Customer communication: experienced in creating content.
- Work closely with media agencies/vendors across geographies.
- Explore various digital marketing campaigns and manage SEO, SEM, SMM and Mobile Marketing activities for products.
- Tie-ups with national and international Affiliate Agencies to increase visibility and to gain acquisitions.
- Has worked in setup catering to international business requirement
- Has experience in both ATL and BTL activities.
