Marketing Performance Analyst - MNC
The Role :
Responsible for analyzing marketing performance and customer data to identify the best marketing activity to drive growth.
Marketing Performance Analysis - to improve ROI & GP1, covering campaign evaluation across all channels to support budget allocation.
Bottom-up forecasting - to support budget setting and to quantify risks from spend reductions as well as opportunities from spend acceleration (requires sales modelling skills)
Customer analysis - to maximise repeats base (and reduce cost-per-booking)
Marketing KPI management - to measure performance vs targets on the most critical marketing KPIs
The Person :
Significant marketing performance analysis capabilities, involving channel level ROI analysis, interpretation, and creation of action plans for all marketing channels e.g. Social, Display, PPC, Direct Mail, and Partnerships.
Proficient in sales modeling, forecasting & marketing attribution.
Systems and tools knowhow: Power user of Excel, Google Analytics, Omniture, SQL, Python, Business Objects, Hubspot, or similar
