Lead Influencer Marketing Initiatives:
- Design and implement influencer marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and expand audience reach.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators.
- Collaborate with influencers to produce engaging and authentic content that highlights the benefits of meal kits.
Support Marketing Campaigns and Content Development:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional outlets.
- Contribute to copywriting tasks, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
- Develop a content strategy aimed at engaging and educating the target audience.
Drive Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy:
- Create and implement a comprehensive omni-channel marketing approach that blends online and offline channels for optimal brand exposure and customer engagement.
- Identify key digital platforms, social media channels, and offline marketing opportunities to effectively reach the target audience.
Explore Event and Pop-up Opportunities:
- Research and identify relevant events, exhibitions, and pop-up venues to showcase offerings.
- Manage logistics and coordinate event activations to ensure a successful presence at events and pop-ups.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver engaging and interactive experiences for attendees.
Develop Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with societies, residential complexes, and complementary brands that align with market goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to position as a leading meal kit provider.
- Collaborate on joint marketing efforts, co-branded campaigns, and exclusive offers to drive awareness and growth for meal kits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food or related industries.
- Strong expertise in influencer marketing with a track record of executing successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong background in copywriting and content creation.
- Skilled in developing omni-channel marketing strategies that drive engagement and results.
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships that deliver value to both parties.
- Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strategic problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media tools, and data analytics.
- Knowledge of the Mumbai market and familiarity with local events and pop-up opportunities is a plus.
