EXPERTISE : Telecom Sector must
- Drive the development of compelling propositions building the capability to support a world class marketing service;
- Use marketing tools, including Siebel to contribute to the development of a prioritised global propositions plan and process, in support of the client’s 3 year marketing strategy and annual rolling plan, identifying and utilising best practice throughout the proposition teams;
- Lead propositions offer & capability development to launch;
- Drive delivery across service lines, sales and marketing ;
- Deliver from concept to ‘proposition in a box’;
- Proposition roadmap development;
- Input into the design and implementation of propositions focus into integrated global/local pay plans and Incentives;
- Design and implementation of propositions focus into training & collateral;
- Contribute to portfolio investment budget prioritisation & negotiation
- Assist the processes for proposition delivery management and ensure through audits that world class results are being achieved
- Provide top quality input/content to campaigns and programmes to support the launch of propositions and equip the sales teams with effective materials/knowledge/skills to support their successful deployment;
- Contribute to developing an innovative vertical propositions marketing process, including budgetary allocation and management, exploiting best practice from across the marketing function as well as externally;
- Maintained and updated product and services pricing portfolio, processes, and procedures for bid management purpose
- Reviewed and analyzed company’s offer control and pricing strategy across multiple products and services lines.
Experience:
- Experience of developing and leading proposition innovation processes and practices;
- Significant portfolio and programme management experience;
- Preferably experience of working in an international marketing environment.
- Preferably candidates with PMP certification or product development certification
